Pop Up Gallery and Studio about to open in Barnoldswick!
From Monday 6th May to Saturday the 11th I shall be turning the Town Council’s shop on Frank Street (just off the square) into a gallery, and because I do not have time to take a week off from painting it will also be a studio. I have Saltaire Arts Trail in a few weeks, followed by Art in the Pen Thirsk then a solo exhibition in Farfield Mill, Sedbergh. So, if you want to see me daub some paint, please call in. I am happy to talk about techniques etc.
I will have originals, prints and cards for sale. But it will also be a free entry gallery with browsers welcome. Cards are £2 each or 3 for £5 and prints start from £15. I have also been framing small signed prints in upcycled frames for ‘affordable art’. I buy the frames from chairity shops and second hand shops. sand them down and paint/sand/wax them. It is my contribution to recycling, along with using second hand carriers at events etc, instead of having brand new ones printed with a posh logo!

just bought some more cards from Hebden Bridge market I really like the moodiness in the pictures you manage to create and the beauty of the english wildlife.
