Bird Flu I & II

In 2022 bird flu was sadly rampant on the Shetland Islands. This bird was on a beach, along with a few sadly deceased friends. I felt they needed some sort of Memento Mori. Acrylic on Panel, 50cm x 50cm. £600 each. Prints are available.

Acrylic on Panel450 x 665mm£450 This is a painting from my Artist in Residency at Farfield Mill, Sedbergh in May 2018. I wanted to capture the low, calm and languid shallows of the River Clough which at one time powered the mill, during a dry warm May.
